Melissa Zgola

As the Program Manager for Member Engagement, Melissa aims to ensure MCSC members get the richest experience possible and can clearly see the value of their involvement. She enjoys meeting people “where they are” and exploring collaborative solutions.

Melissa has been supporting companies along their sustainability journey for 13+ years as a corporate sustainability consultant with Quantis, Aligned Incentives, and independently. Leveraging robust, metrics-based approaches to assess environmental performance, she has guided scores of clients to identify key interventions toward achieving sustainability goals.

She holds a bachelor of science in Environmental Engineering Technology with a minor in French from Cornell University, and a master of science in Technology and Policy from MIT.
