Esther Kohler

Esther is a Postdoctoral Associate at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She does research on how the impact of sustainable agriculture and carbon markets can be maximized. Before joining MIT, Esther did research at the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL).

Esther brings a broad understanding of agricultural and regulatory processes from positions at the Cantonal Ethics Commission in Zürich and Agroscope, the Swiss federal research institute for agriculture. Esther holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Zurich, as well as Master's degrees in Agricultural Sciences (ETH Zurich) and Microbiology (University of Zurich).
